Moscow, Dec 28 (Prensa Latina) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ceyhun Bayramov discussed today the situation surrounding the plane crash near the Kazakh city of Aktau, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
