Quito, Mar 19 (Prensa Latina) The signing of an executive decree today made sport official as a state policy in Ecuador, where the program 'Hincha de mi barrio' (Fan of my neighborhood) also came into effect. The initiative, legalized by President Guillermo Lasso, declared the sector as a fully established government strategy to promote physical activity in the country.
