Damascus, April 16 (Prensa Latina) Syrian transitional President Ahmed Al-Shara and the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, reaffirmed today the fraternal nature of the ties between the two countries and expressed their willingness to promote cooperation.
