Moscow, Aug 15 (Prensa Latina) The deputy speaker of the Federation Council (Senate) at the Russian Federation, Konstantin Kosachev, warned on Sunday that the threat to the security of Russia and its Asian allies increases with the takeover of by the Taliban in Afghanistan.
