Dili, Apr 10 (Prensa Latina) The president of Timor-Leste and Nobel Peace Prize winner, José Ramos Horta, on Thursday awarded diplomas to a Cuban medical brigade that concluded their mission in his country. The head of state praised the group's dedication and contributions to the national health system and to the health of the Timorese people, according to Cuban ambassador here, Alina Aldama.
