Brussels, May 12 (Prensa Latina) Improving relations with the Western Balkans is the premise of the next trip of the European Council President, António Costa, who will be visiting that region this week. The trip is part of the sixth summit of the European Political Community (EPC), to be held on Friday in Tirana, Albania.
