Russia supports Turkish attempt to mediate in Ukrainian conflict

Moscow, Jan 19 (Prensa Latina) The Russian presidential spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, expressed today that his country will welcome if the Turkish authorities can encourage Kiev to implement the Minsk agreements for a peaceful solution of the conflict in Ukraine.
