Rome, May 17 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Vice President Salvador Valdes paid tribute on Saturday in Italy to his country's National Hero, Jose Marti, with a floral offering before his monument in Rome, in the framework of the 130th anniversary of his fall in combat.
