Moscow, Sep 29 (Prensa Latina) The signing ceremony of the treaties that will make Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye part of Russia will take place this Friday in the Kremlin, spokesman of the Russian Presidency, Dmitry Peskov, announced today.
