Speaking to Prensa Latina, the event organizer said that although the festival commemorates its 22nd anniversary with Brazil as guest of honor, several of its main moments are dedicated to Cuba, which will be represented by renowned artists on the international scene.
The Enghien-les-Bains Center for the Arts (CDA), an institution with three decades of experience in building cultural bridges, will be the host of the days scheduled from June 25 to 28.
One of the most awaited proposals in the Caribbean Festival will arrive next Saturday on the floating scene of the lake of the picturesque town, where the Cuban group Havana D’Primera, led by the virtuoso trumpeter and singer Alexander Abreu, winner of several awards, including the Latin Grammy, will offer a unique concert.
According to Mayans, thousands of people will attend the presentation, with the added value that they will be able to enjoy a giant space for dance, animated by professional dancers Yalily Rodríguez and Iván Martínez.
