Prime Minister Manuel Marrero that commemorated the date on the social network X assured that the people will continue to remember him “in his walk through the streets of the city, in his work to save its history.”

For his part, the Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Roberto Morales, stated on occasions, as we see today, that “Eusebio is as eternal as the Havana he loved so much.”

The loss of Eusebio Leal was a hard blow for the nation. Cuba lost not only a magnificent historian, but also a tireless fighter and savior of our traditions and heritage. Let us honor his wonderful life, which was too brief for those who loved him for his work and for himself.
