According to the military statement published this Friday on its official Telegram channel, the Western Troops Group units established control over the village of Sosnovye in Donetsk.

The Ministry also reported that during the week of February 28 to March 6, enemy losses in this group’s operations totaled more than 1,280 soldiers.

These figures are in addition to more than 2,425 casualties on the Central Group’s line of operations, more than 2,185 on the Eastern Group, more than 1,500 on the Northern Group, more than 1,035 on the Southern Group, and up to 375 on the Dnieper Group.

Furthermore, Ukrainian troops lost 149 armored fighting vehicles last week, including more than eight tanks, 588 cars, 72 artillery pieces, 53 electronic warfare and counter-battery stations, and 153 fuel, ammunition, and other equipment depots.
