According to the summoning of groups that make up the National Unemployment Committee, thousands of protesters will demand an end to the violence, stigmatization, violation of human rights, and economic and social policies that plunge Colombia into a deep crisis, starting at 09:00 local time.

Likewise, the population warns that dialogue with the government must be real, with the true protagonists of the demonstrations that began on April 28th against a bill that would generate more taxes for workers.

As the ‘Coalition of Hope’ told President Ivan Duque, the key is to negotiate and do so with those who represent the majorities on the streets, so that dialogue must be prepared for more than ‘listening.’

For today, artistic groups will join a sit-in and cheerleaders (sports cheerleaders) will try to build the tallest human pyramid in the world in the Coliseo del Salitre in the capital.

Another of the actions proposed for this Sunday is a meeting of Mothers and Wives, at the Suba Portal, in rejection of the murders reported throughout the country in the last 12 days.
