Cuba reports 1,052 Covid-19 cases and eight deaths

Havana, Jun 3 (Prensa Latina) Cuban health authorities on Thursday confirmed 1,052 new contagions with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes Covid-19, and eight deaths in the last 24 hours, due to complications from the disease.

Thus, the Caribbean nation totals 145,566 Covid-19 cases since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country in March 2020, and 985 deaths.
