Military bus explosion in Syria kills one, injures three

Damascus, Aug 4 (Prensa Latina) One person died and three others were injured due to the explosion of a military transport bus in Damascus. The incident occurred at 06:20 hours, local time, in the suburb of Masaken al-Haras, outskirts of Damascus, which includes residences of the members of the Syrian Army Republican Guard.

According to SANA new agency, the explosion was caused by a short circuit that detonated the fuel tank.

The agency stated that the bus driver was killed, while the three wounded soldiers were admitted to the hospital.
