According to the website of the Assembly, the head of Parliament signified the importance of this fact, in compliance with the provisions of the current Constitution of the Republic and the legislative schedule.

Subsequently, the process of analysis and discussion of these legal norms by the deputies will begin, prior to their presentation to the National Assembly in its next session.

Both preliminary projects will be published on the digital sites of Parliament and the TSP, with the aim of promoting citizen participation.

The Governing Council of the Supreme People’s Court exercised the legislative initiative in correspondence with the provisions of Article 164 of the Magna Carta in force.
