The agency said it is paying attention to ensuring that the command agencies organized in ministries, central organs and provincial, city and district people’s committees fulfill all their responsibilities in preventing natural disasters.

The officials of the committee are checking on the ground the preparations for mitigating damage and enhancing the response capacity of the command agencies, and urging all regions to take measures to deal with the possible damage caused by the snowfall.

The operation of the natural disaster warning system and the relief system in all regions and units is being strengthened in cooperation with the Meteorological and Hydrological Directorate, and the real-time information system for meteorological data is being reinforced.

As part of the readjustment of the relief system, the command units of all levels against snow flood are prepared to evacuate and protect people and materials in the time of emergency.
