militares-siria
Damascus, Jan 2 (Prensa Latina) Four illegal U.S. military bases in the northeastern Syrian provinces of Hasakeh and Deir Ezzor were attacked on Tuesday with rockets and Kamikaze drones.

In statements, the Self-Declared Resistance in Iraq claimed three bombing actions over U.S. forces deployed in the areas of Al-Shaddadi, Al-Remelan and Al-Malkieh in Hasakeh.

While another missile attack targeted the Pentagon military in the so-called Green Village established in the oil fields of Al-Omar and Konico, in the province of Deir Ezzor.

Past December 31, three unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) bombings targeted US troops. On Monday, barrages of rockets were launched against US troops in Konico and Al-Omar.

Such actions, which exceed 100, against US troops were claimed by military of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an ally of Damascus in the anti-terrorist struggle and against the occupation.

The attacks were conducted within the framework of the resistance approach to the US occupation forces in Syria, Iraq and the region, and in response to the massacres committed by Israel against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Washington remains some 15 military bases on Syrian territory without the consent of the Damascus government, nor the approval of the United Nations.

Syria repeatedly condemned this presence, which it described as an occupation, and assured that the actions of the U.S. military on Syrian territory encourage terrorist activity and aim at destabilizing the country and plundering its wealth.
