“It is not a joke, nor a deception. The Museum will open on April 1 in St. Petersburg,” reported the newspaper, which cited as sources the museum office of the capital of northern Russia, since on that date the “day of jokes” is celebrated in the Slavic world.

The note specified that the opening of the museum has above all historical and educational objectives.

It is expected that the price of the entrances to the museum will depend on the season and the time, while the real vagrants will be able to visit the museum for free.

The website of the project indicates that the Museum of Vagabonds will have a large number of “tangible and intangible” pieces.
