This attraction is justified, from the announced official plans for the recovery of the travel industry and the publication of the program of this meeting by the Cuban Minister of Tourism, Juan Carlos García.
Garcia spoke on Wednesday at the Taganana Hall of the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, before ambassadors from Western Europe and Canada, when he showed the preliminary official program of the event, one of the most attended by companies and tourism professionals working with this country.
FITCuba 2025 will be held in Havana from April 30 to May 3 at the Morro-Cabaña Historic Military Park, a well-preserved system of colonial fortresses that is Havana’s tourist postcard.
On this occasion, the event will be dedicated to China, the guest country, and to Cuban Traditions as a Product. It was announced that the receptive will be Cubatur and the official carrier will be Transtur.
As usual, the first day a ribbon-cutting ceremony is expected and a tour of the venue by the minister together with invited authorities and the diplomatic corps. Also an opening gala with a presentation of Cuban and Chinese culture at the Karl Marx Theater is scheduled, and a meeting in the gardens of the Hotel Nacional de Cuba for the evening.
Guests are expected to participate in the rally for May 1, International Workers’ Day, at the José Martí Revolution Square Also a meeting will be held with airline representatives at the Meliá Habana Hotel, in addition to the presentation of this destination among other tasks organized for the Meliá Cohiba Hotel.
