Men, individuals between 25 and 34 years of age and foreigners of African origin stand out among the victims, it added.

The increase in racist, xenophobic and anti-religious crimes underwent a year-on-year boom in France in 2024, lower than the one recorded in 2023, when it rose 30 percent.
