Jaqueline Vargas, of the Solidarity Movement, told Prensa Latina that the delegation consists of 12 people from Concepcion, Ovalle, Puerto Montt, and Santiago.
Vargas, a member of the Brigades Commission, stated that they expect to visit health and educational centers, work on agricultural tasks, and visit communities and places of interest in Cienfuegos, Artemisa, and Havana.
She said the group expects to meet with political, social, and cultural organizations and will have the opportunity to experience the reality of the Cuban people, learn about scientific and educational progress, and the problems caused by the United States-imposed blockade.
Jessica Romero, another member of the Commission, informed that each brigadista carries a suitcase with solidarity aid, including medicines and supplies, school materials, flashlights, small solar panels, and other items.
The program will start on Friday, April 25, and conclude on Saturday, May 10.
