He also highlighted the role that Latin America and the Caribbean can play in the transition to clean energy matrices. He affirmed that the future must be based on shared prosperity, removed from nationalism and focused on the collective well-being of humanity.

Regarding the issue, Boric emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing global challenges such as environmental degradation, inequality, and geopolitical tensions, and underscored the need to strengthen multilateralism, constructive dialogue, and the adoption of concrete measures to promote sustainable development and economic diversification globally.
