Through a post on the social network X, the president secured an answer to each wound inflicted on Iran.

Pezeshkian added that the Islamic Republic did not start war and does not want it, and declared: “We were not the initiators of the war nor do we want it; however, we will not leave the aggression against the great Iran unanswered”.

On Tuesday, the Supreme National Security Council of Iran said that the Armed Forces will remain alert and prepared to respond to the enemy after the truce.

According to the statement, the unity and vigilance of the Iranian people created an opportunity for the perseverance of the country’s armed forces and their power to be used effectively during 12 days of strategic conflict, responding to acts of aggression promptly and appropriately.

In this scenario, the director of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran stated that the country took steps to avoid any disruption of the country’s nuclear activities.

In condemning the Israeli and US aggressions against Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities, the incumbent highlighted plans designed to avoid any disruption in the production process and services of the nuclear industry.

The ceasefire between Iran and Israel entered into force on Tuesday at 07:00 local time, following yesterday’s announcement by US President Donald Trump.
