The text adds that Peru reaffirms its commitment to cooperation with Colombia “in the fight against transnational organized crime and against all forms of violence in the region.”

It expresses its wish for the speedy recovery of those injured and affected by the attack “on the well-being and public peace of the brotherly people of Colombia.”
