The Entre Amigos Collective and the Juntos X Cuba Channel, diplomats from the Cuban Embassy, and the president of the Cuba Cooperation France Association, Manuel Pascual, among others, attended an evening dedicated to the Commander-in-Chief.
The event included a screening of the documentary “Minifundio Nazareno,” which showcased the pilot plan for livestock development in Cuba, created by Fidel.
In this endeavor, the Commander-in-Chief had the close collaboration of the French agronomist Andre Voisin, who died in Havana on December 21, 1964, and was buried on the island.
In the event, a roundtable discussion was also held in homage to Fidel Castro, featuring members of the Latin American community and friends in solidarity with Cuba.
A photo gallery showcasing different phases of the life of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution was also on display.
Furthermore, Cuban Consul Alisbel Hechevarria expressed her gratitude for the ongoing show of solidarity and support for Cuba, denounced the tightening of the economic embargo and the oil blockade, and reaffirmed her conviction that the Cuban people will never surrender. The evening also included the inauguration of the “Marcha con Fidel” bar, where attendees were served “Comandante” rum, the “Fidel” cocktail, “Ordene” beer (specially brewed for the occasion), and another cocktail “Cuba va.”
