Promoted by the *Colectivo Nuestra America* (Our America Collective) and backed by over 8,840 signatures, the text also condemns U.S. hostility toward the Caribbean nation.
In a message posted on the social media platform X, the Foreign Minister described this support as a demonstration of international solidarity with Cuba.
According to Rodriguez, the manifesto denounces the escalating aggression against the Cuban people and the humanitarian consequences—cited by the document’s promoters—stemming from the energy blockade, secondary sanctions, and the intensification of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States.
Cuba’s top diplomat stated that the declaration serves as further evidence that Cuba “is not alone in this struggle” and reiterated the message that “Cuba is not a threat; the blockade is.”
The manifesto remains open for further endorsements via the *Solidaridad sin Bloqueo* (Solidarity Without Blockade) platform.
