Kulubayev pointed out, “Europe is interested in attracting skilled professionals from Kyrgyzstan. However, they have a condition we do not agree with.
They say they will accept our compatriots, but we, as a third country, must accept migrants from Afghanistan and Africa. We categorically oppose this.”
The minister stressed that Bishkek would not participate in selective negotiations under such conditions. He added that Bishkek’s citizens are free to travel to and work in Europe.
Let us remember that last week, Uganda considered hosting 10,000 migrants from the European Union (EU), and Greece called for accelerating the deportation of illegal refugees to Rwanda.
