Brasilia, Aug 9 (Prensa Latina) President Jair Bolsonaro ruled out on Monday any possibility of approval in Brazil's Chamber of Deputies of the Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC) to achieve the printed ballot in the 2022 elections.
