Kinshasa, Jul 12 (Prensa Latina) Former Kenyan President H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, in his capacity as the Facilitator of the East African Community (EAC), Led- Nairobi Process on restoration of peace in the Eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), on Wednesday called on all armed groups in DRC to cease hostilities and lay down arms in order to move forward in peace talks.
