Moscow, Aug 9 (Prensa Latina) An explosion occurred at the Zagorsk optical-mechanical plant in the city of Sergiev Posad, in the Moscow region, resulting in 25 people injured and material damage, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on Wednesday.
