Santo Domingo, Mar 14 (Prensa Latina) Dominican prisons are overpopulated by 116 percent with about 26,000 inmates concentrated in all 46 prisons nationwide, with capacity for about 12,000 prisoners, the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) reported.
