Kinshasa, Feb 2 (Prensa Latina) The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will sign on Monday a comprehensive economic partnership agreement at the Qasr Al Watan presidential palace in Abu Dhabi, the Congolese Presidency informed.
