The military institution announced on its official Telegram channel that 15 Ukrainian drones were detected and shot down over the Rostov region, 11 over the Republic of Crimea, two over Belgorod, one over the Moscow region, and one over Kursk Oblast.
Rostov Governor Yury Slyusar informed that the wreckage of a drone that damaged the antenna mast of a TV signal repeater during its fall was found in Millerovo, which caused an interruption of transmissions.
Slyusar added that emergency and interior ministry personnel immediately cordoned off the crash site, while sappers are working in the area.
The Russian provinces bordering Ukraine, such as Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and the Peninsula of Crimea, regularly report shelling, drone strikes, and other attacks from across the border, forcing the population to seek shelter elsewhere.
