The Belarusian side also plans to transfer technologies and raw materials to organize the production of dairy products in the Latin American nation, all as a result of a series of negotiations aimed at strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
“We would like these healthy and high-quality products to be available to both Cubans and residents of neighboring regions,” Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said, according to BelTA’s release.
The president noted that the implementation of those projects will improve food security in both countries and create new opportunities to improve the lives of their citizens. Lukashenko emphasized that all agreements will be fully implemented and on time.
The start of production opens new prospects for expanding cooperation between the two countries.
