The military institution specified that 18 unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted over the Black Sea, 12 over the Voronezh region, 11 over the Peninsula of Crimea, eight over Belgorod, six over Volgograd, two over Bryansk, two over Rostov, one over Moscow, and one in Ryazan.
Meanwhile, Air Transport Agency Rosaviatsia spokesperson Artem Koreniako informed that temporary restrictions have been imposed at the Volgograd and Tambov airports over the last day, to ensure flight safety.
Since the beginning of the special military operation on February 24, 2022, drone attacks launched from Ukraine on military and civilian targets in the Russian rear have become routine.
