Colonial invasions, fascist extremism, and disregard for UN Security Council resolutions are directly caused by Washington’s unlimited support and funding, Fattouh said, quoted by the official Wafa news agency.

The Palestinian leader also questioned “the laxity of the international community and its failure to adopt positions commensurate with the scale of the crimes and terrorism committed against our people.”

As an example, he cited the events around the West Bank village of Birin, where Jewish settlers placed prefabricated mobile homes to live in, contrary to international standards that consider the area occupied territory.

This new war crime is part of a systematic plan to destroy and Judaize the West Bank, he emphasized.

In this regard, he denounced the systematic settler attacks, murders, destruction of Palestinian infrastructure and crops, land theft, and the construction of Israeli settlements.

Such actions are an extension of the genocide, ethnic cleansing, and forced displacement to which our compatriots in the Gaza Strip are also subjected, he warned.

However, he assured that the Palestinian people will remain steadfast in their fight for their historic rights and their land.

More than 750,000 Jewish settlers currently live in the West Bank, distributed in more than 180 settlements and 256 outposts, according to official data.
