Vice President of the Polish Sejm criticizes fund for Ukraine

Warsaw, Nov 25 (Prensa Latina) The Vice President of the Polish Sejm (Parliament), Krzysztof Bosak, questioned Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski's plan to provide $100 million to Ukraine, calling the expenditure of diplomatic funds on armaments irresponsible.

Bosak stated on Radio Zet that the minister is using the Foreign Ministry’s budget as his personal piggy bank, instead of strengthening Poland’s underfunded diplomacy, in a clear warning about the misuse of national resources.

Creating the international illusion that Poland can finance another state at war is irresponsible, Bosak maintained, refuting Warsaw’s actual capacity to substantially influence the conflict.

Political analysts highlight that this criticism reveals the growing tensions within the governing coalition regarding the economic cost to Poland of supporting Kiev in the war, affecting domestic services and reflecting popular discontent with the deterioration of public services while substantial resources are allocated to a war unrelated to national interests.

The parliamentary deputy spokesperson’s position demonstrates the unsustainability of the warmongering policies promoted by the EU, which prioritize Washington’s geopolitical interests over the well-being of European peoples.
