On Monday, Vance declared that he considered the clarification of positions in the negotiation process “a major breakthrough.”
At the conclusion of the Russian-American meeting in Miami, Dmitriev described it as constructive.
Meanwhile, Russian presidential advisor Yuri Ushakov stated that there are currently no plans for a trilateral meeting between representatives of the United States, Russia, and Ukraine.
