On his Twitter account, Bruno Rodríguez remarked such a hostile policy, its brutal tightening and the consequent impact on the standard of living of the population, are factors that indisputably motivate people to emigrate, through regular and irregular channels.

Coming November 2 and 3, the UN General Assembly (UNGA) will analyze, for the 30th time, the US blockade issue kept forover 60 years against Cuba, which has been tightened since 2017 with the purpose of destabilizing the Cuban revolutionary process.

Such policy, which brutally impacts the standard of living of the Cuban population, is considered major obstacle to Cuba´s economic development, so it is almost unanimously rejected by the international community.
