Argentine vice president celebrates Lula’s third government in Brazil

Buenos Aires, Jan 1 (Prensa Latina) The Argentine vice president, Cristina Fernández, celebrated today the arrival of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to the Presidency of Brazil for the third time.
