The head of Indian diplomacy thanked the Panamanian foreign minister for her participation in the 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention, which focused on Latin America, as part of the Indian Government’s efforts to unite its diaspora for national development.

India and Panama also agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in training diplomats.
