Moscow airports operate normally again

Aeropuerto-Rusia
Moscow,Aug 10 (Prensa Latina) Two international airports of this capital, Vnukovo, located in the southwest of the city, and Domodedovo, in the south, returned to normal operations after restrictions were implemented, the Russian aviation company Rosaviatsia reported today.

As reported by the agency on its official Telegram page, “for reasons beyond the airport’s control, Vnukovo imposed temporary restrictions on aircraft arrivals and departures and diverted part of the flights to other air terminals, for safety reasons.”

These restrictions were lifted as of 05:15 Moscow time and the Vnukovo air terminal is now operating normally, Rosaviatsia said. He also said that the Domodedovo airfield confirmed that it had returned to normal after suspending operations between 02:59 and 05:15 Moscow time as an additional security measure. Earlier today, the mayor of the Russian capital, Sergey Sobyanin, reported that air defense systems shot down two combat drones on the outskirts of Moscow on Thursday.

The Defense Ministry confirmed this information and accused Ukraine of attempting terrorist attacks.
