“A matter of time” is the central motto of this event that until Tuesday brings together leaders of the sector from more than 90 countries in the Emirati capital to debate the current reality and the ways in which the different manifestations of culture can transform the society and communities.

The global forum provides a unique platform to interact with the global cultural and creative ecosystem to ministers of Culture and senior representatives of institutions linked to the areas of arts, design, heritage, media, museums, public policies and technology.
