“This is the 7th Forum of Young Diplomats, the atmosphere is always one of brotherhood, solidarity, mutual understanding and the desire to work together to develop diplomatic relations between our countries further,” the young Cuban diplomat Adrian Rivas told Prensa Latina.

Bolivia’s representative, Javier Salazar, appreciated the opportunity to meet with other young people in the framework of the World Youth Festival.

“The experience is really enriching and we must thank the Russian Government for all this movement, logistics by inviting more than 20,000 participants in this event,” Salazar commented.

The World Youth Festival is being held at the Sirius Center in Sochi until March 7.

A regional program will be held from March 10 to 17, during which participants will visit 30 Russian cities.

According to organizers, 20,000 outstanding young people in the fields of education, science, international cooperation, culture, volunteer work and charity, sports, business and media, including 10,000 foreigners, are taking part in the event.
