The commemoration of the National Day “Theater for a Happy Childhood”, from the 16th to the 24th of this month, will be held in Havana in the context of the 47th edition of the Plaza municipality’s Culture Week and will also celebrate the Day International Stage Oral Narration and International Puppetry Day.

The program is organized by the International Association of Theater for Children and Young People (Assistej, Cuba), with the support of the National Council of the Performing Arts and under the auspices of the Municipal Directorate of Culture of the Plaza de la Revolución municipality.

Rigoberto Rufín, director of the Cascabel company, and in charge of the artistic direction of the Day, explained that the initiatives will reach primary schools, squares, parks, daycare centers and other settings in this territory of Havana.
