Beijing, Apr 1 (Prensa Latina) Young Taiwanese people led by former president of the Kuomintang Party Ma Ying-jeou began a visit to several cities in mainland China as part of a cultural exchange.

They also visited the memorial hall of the former site of the Huangpu Military Academy, as well as the DJI and the Tencent companies, the BYD automobile manufacturer, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge, among others.

The young people will arrive in the province of Shanxi on April 3rd, and in Beijing on the 7th; their stay in China will extend until the 11th.

The delegation will participate in the “Yellow Emperor Ceremony of the Qingming Xuanyuan Public Festival” on April 4th, and will visit other museums, temples and places of interest.

During their stay in the capital, the Taiwanese delegation will visit Peking University, the Forbidden City, the Chinese Academy of Space Technology, the Lugou Bridge, and the Memorial Hall of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
