The TV station said that this Wednesday morning Santorini experienced two tremors with a magnitude greater than four in five minutes, and 10 weaker quakes were recorded overnight.
According to ERTNews, three morning ferry routes from Santorini to the city of Piraeus were canceled due to strong winds of up to nine degrees on the Beaufort scale.
It is also forbidden to go out to sea from the port of the island of Amorgos, where the wind force is seven degrees on the Beaufort scale.
Adverse weather conditions are expected to continue in the coming days, the channel added.
Hundreds of tremors were recorded in the region in recent days.
More than 10,000 people, including residents and tourists, have already left the island for fear of devastating earthquakes.
