Ecuadorian justice to rule on those guilty of minors’ disappearance

Quito, Feb 20 (Prensa Latina) The Ecuadorian justice system will decide whether to maintain or revoke the preventive imprisonment of the 16 military personnel involved in the crime of forced disappearance of four minors from Guayaquil, which shocked the country.
