During a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Russian president expressed his willingness to continue promoting the normalization of relations between Moscow and Washington.

Mohammed bin Salman, in turn, referred to the importance of international contacts held in his country to resolve the Ukrainian crisis, and is ready to continue to contribute in every possible way to the normalization of Russian-US relations.

Putin and Bin Salman discussed Russian-Saudi cooperation within the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and their allies (OPEC+) and reaffirmed their commitment to “ensuring the stability of the world oil market.” jrr/iff/npg/gfa
